Dr. Saliya ‘Jay’ Jayaratne
Managing Director
Jay is currently an international business and strategy doctoral candidate at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Professionally, Jay has owned and operated businesses in the telecommunications, software, and services industries.
Jay is currently finishing his doctorate in international business and strategy at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. His research focuses on the performance and strategy of Multinational Enterprises. He is also the author and researcher for the Templeton Global Performance Index, and is currently Doctoral Teaching Fellow for the Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and International Business (SEIB) Group at the Saïd Business School. He holds degrees from the London School of Economics and the University of Oxford.
Outside of academia, Jay has built successful online businesses in the telecommunications, software and services industries.
