Robert C. Follows (Rob)
Rob has an entrepreneurial background, having started his own business in 1981 and then selling it to the largest privately held marketing services provider, the Maritz family, out of St. Louis, MO, in 1992. Rob became a corporate executive in the family business working in several international executive positions with the Maritz family until 2003 when he retired to start STS Capital Partners, focusing on international mid-range mergers and acquisitions - where all of Rob's M&A experience has been focused over his 25 years as a CEO. Guy G. Beaudry

Guy has spent a large part of his career working with family controlled organizations, including the Chagnon family of Montreal (Groupe Videotron – www.videotron.com). Guy has also assumed several international executive and advisory roles in California’s Silicon Valley and in The Bahamas. In the first half of this decade, Guy was a senior executive at Canada’s Business Development Bank (BDC – www.bdc.ca). Since 2005, Guy founded his own international advisory firm, THE CABINET, a strategic planning and corporate affairs advisory firm based in Montreal. Guy is perfectly bi-cultural (English and French) and although he was initially trained as a lawyer and was in private practice for a few years in the early eighties with a major law firm, he quickly moved on to become a business executive, managing and dealing with countless highly complex, often international corporate and transactional matters. Christopher Bunting
Christopher Bunting has 25 years experience in executive leadership roles at major public relations firms in Canada and the United Kingdom, where he lives. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions in the sector as well as international experience consulting to companies and organizations in a range of industries around the world. Gary Ephraim

Jan-Arne Farstad
Jan-Arne has over 30 years of international financial services experience gained from a wide range of senior executive roles in the United States, Canada, Mexico, the UK, Switzerland and the Caribbean. Over the last 10 years, he has been focused on wealth management, corporate finance and investment banking, including numerous successful M&A transactions. Jan-Arne particularly enjoys the technical and cultural complexities of cross-border deals. A Norwegian national, he speaks English, Norwegian, German, Spanish and some French. John Ferguson
John Ferguson has had a 30-year international career in journalism and business that has taken him to more than 60 countries on every continent. Rolando Gadala-Maria

Ray Gingras
Ray has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry structuring financing solutions. He is experienced in secured lending, mergers & acquisitions, project financing, structured financing and syndicated lending in various countries including Mexico, China, the United States, and Venezuela. Roberto Interiano
Roberto has extensive international transaction experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and structuring of equity and long-term debt financing. Previous to STS, Roberto was Regional Partner at Ernst and Young, leading M&A and Corporate Finance in Central America.  He also developed extensive emerging market experience with the International Finance Corporation (IFC, private sector arm of the World Bank) during most of the 1990s, structuring and leading debt and equity investments in Brazil, Argentina, Hungary, Central America and China.  His finance and emerging market experience is complemented by leadership and large scale management roles as Vice-Minister / Under-Secretary of State in El Salvador; Board of Directors member at CTE-Telecom; and also as senior executive with Dell Computers. Jonathan Jaffrey
Jonathan has over 20 years experience in the private equity sector. Prior to joining STS, Jonathan ran a boutique investment firm and private foundation, responsible for over $4 billion in assets. He is President and a founding partner of Springbanc Social Capital Advisors, a nationally focused social capital intermediary. Jonathan’s experience includes most recently serving as President of a boutique investment company as well as chief operating officer, chief financial officer, and member of the investment committee for the W.M. Keck Foundation, a $1.5 billion private foundation.

Saliya (Jay) Jayaratne
Jay is currently an international business and strategy doctoral candidate at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Christian Mancebo
Christian is experienced in cross border transactions between Canada, the US, and Latin America, with a focus on real estate investments.
