Position Summary:

STS Capital Partners is currently seeking a Client Service Leader (CSL), who will work with the Managing Director to plan and implement all aspects of international acquisition or divestiture projects.

Responsibilities of the position include:

  • Strategic oversight of project process and project team
  • Preparation of the proposal(s) and follow up with client on proposal
  • Liaise with the Managing Director, Contracts Manager and client to finalize Agreement
  • Responsible for accurate, timely project documentation
  • Prepare Project Work Plans for the client
  • Plan and lead the client and internal project meetings
  • Manage the project timeline
  • Manage client inputs to the process
  • Prepare materials such as Teasers, Confidential Information Memorandums for clients
  • Interpret financial statements; finding hidden value/risks/trends within financial statements
  • Approach the market on behalf of our clients, dealing with senior level strategic investors
  • Execute, collect, track Non Disclosure Agreements
  • Confidential Information Memorandum distribution
  • Maintain and update tracking documents for the database
  • Complete contact reports from client meetings and investor discussions
  • Provide Project Status updates to our clients
  • Document and support the negotiation strategy
  • Manage Virtual Data Room as applicable; facilitate due diligence questions and answers between multiple stakeholders
  • Provide regular written updates and verbal communication on the status of the project to the Founding Managing Director and Director, Client Projects of the firm
  • In conjunction with the Managing Director, plan and manage activities associated with Management Presentations between our clients and strategic investors
  • Support successful negotiations between our clients and strategic investors
  • Support the process of agreeing on definitive closing documents
  • Manage internal and external post mandate closing activities
  • Support corporate knowledge repository
  • Ongoing development of a rapport and professional relationship with clients
  • Represent STS in a professional manner at all times
  • Maintain strict confidentiality both internally and externally to the company at all times

The successful candidate has/is:

  • Strong financial experience; interpreting financial statements; finding hidden value/risks within financial
    statements
  • Self motivated, energized, intelligent, positive
  • Proven leadership skills with a proactive solution focus, takes initiative and has an attention to detail
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills including communication (verbal/written), collaborative, positive, self confident
  • Excellent client relationship skills
  • Strong computer knowledge with an intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Maximizer Enterprise an asset
